We’re excited to care for your pets! To keep things smooth and fair for everyone, here’s what you need to know before confirming your booking:
All appointments are confirmed only after we receive the required pre-payment for the booking/travel fee.
Pre-payment details will be shared upon booking, and must be settled promptly to secure your slot.
You may reschedule once or twice as long as it’s done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
No new pre-payment is needed for reschedules within this time frame.
After two reschedules, you will need to make a new booking with another pre-payment.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
The booking/travel fee is non-refundable, as it covers preparation time and travel expenses already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a no-show and require a new booking.
4. Late or Missed Appointments
If no one is available at the time of the appointment or the pet is not ready for examination/treatment, the visit may be canceled or rescheduled at the vet’s discretion.
This will count as one of your two allowable reschedules.
Please ensure your pet is ready (leashed, crated, or easily accessible) before our arrival. We’d love to spend more time treating your pet — not chasing them around 😊.
An adult (18+) must be present during the visit, or provide authorization if someone else will be there to handle the pet.
